BACKGROUND
The Cultural Perspectives Foundation is an NGO devoted to helping the Bulgarian art & culture scene flourish. One of their many projects in the Culturama platform is Per aspera ad astra, a financial and mentorship program.
Looking for bold young artists experimenting and venturing into the unknown.
The scholarship is awarded for 5 separate forms of art: Visual arts, Music, Literature, Dance, and Theatre/Performance. Our task was to communicate the application process.

APPROACH & IDEA
We approached the project the same way an artist would: like an art experiment, combining several different techniques.
We scanned the largest grande piano in the country and created a 3D-oil-painting-styled object out of it. We dissolved the model in Blender, using a random particle simulation. Those particles were displayed in a metaverse gallery on Spatial with their unique footprint on the blockchain. At a certain angle, they formed the campaign's main visual. Every form of art had its own unique set of particles and its own unique animated visual.

EFFECT
2022's scholarship application process was amongst the most successful in Culturama's history. All five separate scholarships were awarded to aspiring artists
