Art Director
The job for a creative visionary who can transform strategic thinking into exceptional visual work. Someone who leads by example, inspires teams, and consistently delivers concepts that move both the needle and the heart.
Key skills:
3+ years of experience in creative agencies or similar field
Expert-level concepting abilities and strategic creative thinking
Extensive knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
Motion design or 3D skills are a big plus
Previous experience with photo and video production + AI
Strong presentation and client communication skills
Ability to lead and mentor creative teams
Responsibilities:
Art directing photoshoots, video productions, and design projects
Driving projects end-to-end: briefing, planning, execution, delivery
Collaborating with Copywriters, Designers, Production and Account teams to develop integrated campaigns
Presenting creative work to clients and stakeholders
Maintaining visual consistency and quality across all deliverables
Mentoring a team of designers and contributing to team development

Videographer Intern
An internship for anyone who knows their way around video-editing software and wants to explore what could be beyond it. Also perfect for someone who’s either had their own IG photography profile or keeps unposted vacation reels in their drafts.

Video Editing (expertise in more than one software is a big plus)

Quick Learning/Adaptability
An eye for framing, montage, post-production techniques
Responsibilities:
Assisting our Cinematographer during Filming days
Editing videos for Social Media as well as assisting with larger projects
Handling filming equipment and developing your personal filming techniques
Parameters:
6-month duration
Fully paid at minimum wage
8-hour workday
10 days of paid leave

Graphic Design Intern
This position is perfect for anyone who wants to enter the world of advertising on its organisational side – someone who wants to be vital in every key process inside an agency and has the confidence to do so. No previous experience is needed.
Key skills:
Adobe Creative Suite basic knowledge
Impeccable taste and eye for detail
An interest in working with AI and video formats
Orderliness and conceptual thinking
Responsibilities:
Assisting our Graphic Designers with their daily workloads on larger projects
Handling your own smaller projects
Participation in various brainstorming formats

Fully paid at minimum wage
8-hour workday
